We are proud to announce a new Master’s program has been added to our online study program extending our level of available courses and further strengthening our partnership with the prestigious University of South Wales.
The new course is MSC Business psychology; the programme ‘offers a psychological perspective to understanding key organisational functions such as leadership, organisational culture, change management, marketing and communications. It is a very practical programme which encourages students to consider the application of psychological research evidence to their own working case studies and workplace interventions for change’.
The course is split up into 3 parts:
- Certificate
- Diploma
- Masters
The Certificate Stage consists of 3 modules:
One compulsory module:
Psychological Theory and Applications In The Workplace
And a choice of 2 modules from the following list:
- Effective Communication Within Organisations
- Developing and Managing External Communication
- Leadership in 21st Century Organisations
- Managing Organisational Culture and Change
- Healthy Organisations
The Diploma Stage consists of 4 modules, an additional 2 chosen from the
list above and 2 compulsory modules:
- Research Methods
- Project Management Skills for Use in Organisations
At the Masters stage students will carry out a dissertation; ‘a piece of empirical research within an organisation, or with a working population, where psychological theory and/or interventions are applied.
