Dr Georgia Sakka Vronti is the Dean of the Business School and a Programme Leader for the MBA programmes. She is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree from Aristotle University, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and School Improvement from the University of Manchester, a Master’s degree in Management from Brunel University and a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Nicosia. Her research interests are in the areas of Human Resource Management, Social Media in the Workplace, Workplace Social Capital, Digital Innovation and she has published her work in several ranked and indexed top tier journals. She has participated in international conferences and workshops where she has presented her work and acted as a Session Chair and Paper Discussant. In addition, her background experience includes research involvement in European-funded projects, as a Project Manager, being responsible for the scientific and administrative implementation of the specific projects.
