Dr Norman Kachamba

Dr Norman Kachamba is a lecturer for Business and Management at Unicaf University in Zambia, an accomplished graduate research examiner and a supervisor. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Education degree in Business and Management Studies from Rusangu University, a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Copperbelt University, a Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration [CEMBA] in Strategic Marketing and Business Accounting from the Open University of Mauritius and a PhD in Strategic Financial Management from the Africa Research University. He is an all-rounder researcher with a particular interest in the areas of Human Resource Management, Educational Curriculum Management and Practice; Sustainable Business development, Digital Innovation and Edupreneurship. He is also an editor and peer reviewer of the International Journal of Business, Development and Leadership (JBDL). His scholarly works include numerous papers presented at international conferences and contribute to the world encyclopedia of the Seventh-day Adventist church. He has participated in several global conferences both as a facilitator and panellist. He is currently working on two books and six journal articles for publication in the journal which he has established. Dr Norman is a motivational speaker on matters of philosophy of education, entrepreneurship and careers management.
