UUZM Graduation 2024
Unicaf University, Zambia, is excited to announce its 2024 Graduation Ceremony
Graduation Day:
- Date: Thursday, 17th of October, 2024
- Time: 8:30 AM, CAT
* All graduates must arrive at the venue no later than 7:00 AM, CAT - Venue: Unicaf University Campus, Plot 193 Kasangula Road, Roma Park, Lusaka
Rehearsal Day:
- Date: Wednesday, 16th of October, 2024
- Time: 2:00 PM, CAT
- Venue: Unicaf University Campus, Plot 193 Kasangula Road, Roma Park, Lusaka
*In order to participate in the Graduation Ceremony, all graduates must attend the dress rehearsal.
Registration and Payment:
To register and secure your place at the graduation ceremony, please proceed with the payment for your graduation attire by the 30th of September 2024.

To proceed with the ordering of your graduation attire, you need to make sure that you have sufficient balance in your account.
To check your balance, go to the “Finance” section of your UniSIS account and click “Make Payment” to confirm it covers the required purchase amount. Upon confirming the availability of funds in your account, follow the steps below to complete your registration:
- Access your UniSIS account and navigate to Product Selection.
(“Help” → “Product/Services” → “Product Selection”) - Choose “UUZM Graduation Ceremony – Graduation Attire.”
- Ensure you receive a confirmation email verifying your registration. This email is required for entry to the rehearsal and ceremony. *
*If you do not receive it within 3-4 working days, contact graduation@zambia.unicaf.org. Note that access to the ceremony requires this confirmation email.
Notes:
- We will not be accepting cash payments at our offices.
- The fee for the graduation attire is non-refundable.
- The graduation attire will be distributed during the rehearsal.
- All graduates renting a gown are required to provide their passport or national ID card as a security deposit. These documents will be returned when the gown is handed back following the ceremony.
- Each graduate can invite up to two (2) guests
- Students with a negative balance on their account should contact graduation@zambia.unicaf.org before making any payments
- When making a bank deposit, students should ensure that the transaction description clearly states that the payment is for gown purchase or rental

Certificate Information:
