Dr Attridge Mwelwa

Dr Attridge Mwelwa is a lecturer in the Business School at Unicaf University in Zambia. She is a holder of a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Binary University in Malaysia in conjunction with the University of Zambia, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Cavendish University Zambia, a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication (BMC) major with Public Administration (PA) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching Methodology from Chalimbana University in Zambia.  She is a certified treasury operations (ACI) practitioner and court-annexed mediator. Her research interests are Human Resource Management with Industrial Relations Management, General Management and Supply chain Management. Dr Mwelwa has contributed to the International Labour and Employment Relations Association (ILERA) through conference paper preparations and presentations. She has a book publication underway in one of the top tier journal publishers. Above this, she has worked in the banking and trade union management circles which included financial management and operations, research involvement, employee relations management and training, professional negotiations and court-annexed mediations as well as stakeholder relations.
