Should we say it again for good measure?
Physical activity is paramount in life, without solid exercise, without a proper workout regimen, whatever that might be, you are unable to function correctly and you surely can’t do the work you need to do in order to achieve your dreams.
The best time to exercise is in the morning, wake up early and exercise as much as possible, start with 30 minutes, work up to 45 and then eventually an hour and maybe, if you’re so inclined an hour and a half!
