UNICAF Students in Uganda had a great opportunity to step back from their studies and daily routine and get to know fellow students and UNICAF staff at an exciting outing in Kampala.
Students residing in the area met in the cozy Smokey’s restaurant for an evening filled with exciting quizzes, puzzles and karaoke, finishing with a raffle. The most memorable event of the evening though for all students was meeting fellow students from the area and experiencing the sense of belonging to the wider UNICAF community.
Some of our students, having experienced at first -hand the support that is available from UNICAF Kenya, have said that they will encourage friends and family to also benefit from the UNICAF Scholarship Programme.
The jovial UNICAF crowd became the centre of attention in the restaurant, which made other diners curious enough to ask and learn a few things about UNICAF.
