Unicaf participated in the 2nd Africa Human Resource Summit 2026, held in Arusha, Tanzania, from 19–22 August 2026, bringing together more than 1,000 HR professionals, senior executives, HR Directors and decision-makers from across Africa under the theme: “Transforming Africa’s Workforce for the Future.”
The four-day summit provided a valuable platform for industry leaders, HR practitioners and organisations to explore innovative approaches to workforce development, talent management and the future of work. Key discussions focused on critical areas shaping Africa’s workforce landscape, including digital transformation and AI governance in the workplace, strategic talent development and leadership, workforce well-being, and building future-ready organisations.
