She praised Unicaf’s initiatives and expressed the Ministry’s full support for future partnerships.

The Open Day was divided into two main sections, giving attendees insights into the unique educational offerings available through Unicaf and providing a platform for meaningful discussions. Representatives from various NGOs, membership-based organisations, and individual attendees from across Zimbabwe and Southern Africa attended the event. This gathering of like-minded individuals facilitated networking and opened doors for potential collaborations with Unicaf, fostering new partnerships that will further strengthen educational accessibility in the region.

Attendees at the Open Day were introduced to Unicaf’s state-of-the-art online learning platform, which has already empowered thousands of students across Africa. The platform’s design is tailored to meet the needs of students balancing work, family, and other responsibilities. By providing a flexible, accessible, and supportive learning environment, Unicaf enables students to earn internationally recognised qualifications from prestigious partner universities without leaving their home countries.

The successful Open Day event not only highlighted the opportunities available through Unicaf but also highlighted its growing impact in Zimbabwe and beyond. Unicaf is dedicated to fostering relationships with local and regional partners and looks forward to further collaborations that will expand educational opportunities for all Zimbabweans.
