Unicaf and Africa Real Estate International have formalised a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aimed at expanding access to quality higher education and professional development opportunities within the real estate sector.
Under the partnership, employees, associates, and stakeholders of Africa Real Estate International will be eligible for generous scholarships to pursue internationally recognised online degree programmes offered through Unicaf’s reputable partner universities in the United Kingdom and Africa. The initiative is designed to make higher education more accessible while supporting career advancement and professional excellence across the industry.
The collaboration will also focus on a range of joint initiatives aimed at strengthening capacity and promoting innovation within the real estate sector. These include webinars on leadership development, career progression, digital transformation, and emerging industry trends, as well as workshops covering professional competencies, entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable property development practices.
In addition, both organisations will participate in educational and industry events that promote workforce development and professional excellence, while conducting awareness campaigns that highlight the importance of continuous learning, professional certification, and access to higher education opportunities.
