UNICAF staff in different cities around the world are always ready to support charity events with all their heart. So they would not have missed the Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon, which is a landmark event in the annual calendar in Kenya. The marathon run is the flagship of the bank’s charity project ‘Seeing is Believing’, a fund raising initiative for visually impaired citizens in need, which aims to help fight blindness in Kenya.

Most Egyptians are great food lovers and social outings in Egypt tend to concentrate around food. The Egyptian cuisine is very different to Asian cuisines, and even though most Egyptians in urban areas have heard of sushi, the majority never dare to try it. So, when UNICAF staff in Egypt decided to arrange a social event for UNICAF students, to get to know each other and mingle, their first choice of food was sushi, which is a new experience for the majority of Egyptians, just like studying online.


UNICAF is proud to announce its partnership with the National Youth Service Corps, Lagos State Secretariat in Nigeria. The partnership was reached by the NYSC State Co-ordinator, Prince Mohammed Momoh, and Dr Nicos Nicolaou, Chief Executive Officer of UNICAF, in the presence of Olufemi Apena and Emmanuel Ebanehita, Country Manager and Marketing Manager of UNICAF Nigeria and distinguished members of the NYSC management.

It is a well-known fact that MBA graduates are in great demand and will remain so for years to come. The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) in its 2015 report highlights the fact that, in its poll of employers, 75% were looking to hire MBA graduates.


UNICAF students in Lagos, Nigeria were invited to a social event, on the 15th of July, held at a nice café in town, to meet and interact with fellow students. The main purpose of this get together was to encourage UNICAF students to exchange experiences and ideas and to instill in them the sense of belonging to a large and friendly family: the UNICAF community, now firmly present in nine different countries and continuing to expand.
