- Hon. James Mureu – Chairman of the Micro and Small Enterprises Authority (MSEA), Kenya, stressed the need for women to drive innovation and sustainability in construction. He called for more opportunities and mentorship programs to support female leadership and inclusion in the industry.
- Dr James Mwaura – Chairman of the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI), noted that gender inclusivity is not only a moral imperative but also a driver of innovation and growth. He emphasised KNCCI’s commitment to promoting policies that support women’s participation and leadership in the construction sector.
- Ms Winnie Rachel – Country Manager for Unicaf in Kenya, highlighted the transformative role of education in empowering women in the construction industry.
