Unicaf Sponsors 4th African EduTech Conference in Nigeria

Unicaf recently sponsored the 4th African Edutech Conference in Nigeria, organised by the NBCC. The theme of the event was “Africa’s EduTech Model: Reshaping you for the Future,” and the aim of the conference was to discuss ways to upscale educational models to effectively reawaken the long search for transformative education.

Mr Oluwafemi Joseph Apena, Unicaf country manager in Nigeria took part in the panel discussion. The topic of the discussion that Mr Apena participated in was “Making Education Policies to Shape Social Development in Africa.”

The event took place at the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) headquarters on Olubunmi Owa St., off Admiralty Way in Lagos and was a resounding success.

Unicaf offered generous scholarships for any attendees interested in pursuing one of the brand new Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Suffolk as well as the previously available Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degrees from one of Unicaf’s other partner universities: Liverpool John Moores University, the University of East London and Unicaf University. Students would have the ability to study completely online through Unicaf’s state-of-the-art Virtual Learning Environment.

We are incredibly thankful for all the attendees of the Edutech Conference and we look forward to hosting more events like this in the future!
