Unicaf is pleased to announce the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The College of Human Resource Management (CHRM), a leading institution committed to advancing human resource professionalism through training, certification, and capacity development for HR practitioners in Kenya.
The MoU was formally signed by Margaret K. Kinyanjui, CEO: CHRP, MIHRM, together with Moses Maina, Business Development Manager at CHRM. Representing Unicaf were Winnie Rachael, Country Manager, Kenya, alongside Sheila Omondi, Senior Marketing Officer, and Viona Ogol, Marketing Officer, who were present during the signing ceremony.
This partnership marks the beginning of a collaborative relationship aimed at empowering members of the CHRM community through access to Unicaf scholarship opportunities. By providing pathways to internationally recognised academic qualifications, the partnership seeks to support the academic advancement, leadership development, and professional growth of HR practitioners across Kenya.
Through this collaboration, CHRM members will have the opportunity to pursue flexible, online Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degree programmes offered in partnership with Unicaf’s partner universities in the UK and Africa. These programmes are designed to accommodate working professionals, enabling them to balance their studies with career and personal commitments while gaining valuable knowledge and skills relevant to the evolving human resource landscape.
