Unicaf, the leading online higher education provider in Africa, is excited to announce a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Greater Accra Regional Football Association (GARFA). This partnership, signed on the 8th of May, 2024, by Ms Cleopatra Nsiah Nkeitah, Chairman of the Women’s Division One League and Member of the Executive Committee of Greater Accra Regional Football Association aims to provide quality higher education to Ghanaian athletes.
As part of this MoU between Unicaf and GARFA, GARFA members and their families can apply for Unicaf scholarships. This initiative highlights Unicaf’s dedication to offering affordable and flexible education to athletes and members of the football community across Ghana.
With Unicaf’s online platform, GARFA members can enrol in various degree programmes, from Bachelor’s to Doctorate levels, with generous scholarships. These programmes are offered in collaboration with well-known universities like the University of East London, Liverpool John Moores University, the University of Suffolk in the UK, and Unicaf University in Africa. Using advanced technology and personalised support, students will have a tailored and impactful learning experience.
