The Sub-Saharan Africa International Model United Nations (SAIMUN) Conference, held from August 21st to 25th, 2023, witnessed the convergence of over 1000 international high school students and youths at the United Nations office. Unicaf played a pivotal role as the primary sponsor of this prestigious event, highlighting its unwavering commitment to promoting global leadership, diplomacy, and the values of the United Nations. 

SAIMUN, recognised as a member of the Registrar of Societies and Associations of Kenya, stands at the forefront of nurturing the growth and development of the next generation of global leaders. The conference serves as the culmination of a comprehensive year-long training programme, during which participants received specialised training and engagement in tailored workshops to prepare them for their chosen career paths.
