Unicaf Highlights Corporate Scholarship Scheme at 28th Annual IHRM Conference

Unicaf proudly participated in the 28th Annual Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) Conference, held from October 29 to November 1, 2024, at Sawela Lodge in Naivasha. Bringing together over 1,000 HR directors, CEOs and influential business leaders, the conference was a hub of transformative discussions under the theme, “HR Visionaries: Transforming Workplaces, Empowering Africa.

The event attracted prominent sponsors, including KCB Bank, NCBA Bank, Sanlam Group, Nestlé and Kenya Mortgage and Finance Company, highlighting the conference’s impact on advancing HR practices across the continent. A highlight of the conference was the address by Mr Eliud Owalo, FIHRM, Deputy Chief of Staff in the Executive Office of the President, who spoke about the critical role HR plays in driving economic development.
