Unicaf Exhibits its services at 46th KESSHA Conference

The 46th Kenya Secondary School Heads Association (KESSHA) Conference concluded successfully at the Sheikh Zayed Hall in Mombasa. This five-day event, from June 26th – June 30th, brought together over 7,000 school heads from across the country to address critical issues in the education sector and foster collaboration among educators. The Ministry of Education acknowledged the significance of this conference in promoting educational development in Kenya. The Chief Guest at the event was the Minister of Education, Honourable Ezekiel Machogu.

The 46th KESSHA Conference served as a crucial platform for school administrators to address pressing issues in the education sector. Educators had the opportunity to network, exchange experiences, and discuss vital aspects of the education landscape in Kenya. The conference’s success was attributed to the active participation of school heads, educators, exhibitors, and sponsors, all dedicated to improving education in the country.

One of the highlights of the conference was the participation of Unicaf, who had the privilege of being an exhibitor. Unicaf set up an impressive exhibition stand where they showcased their wide range of degree programmes. In addition, they were given a unique opportunity to address the attendees just before the Chief Guest delivered his speech. During this session, the Chairman of KESSHA, Mr Kahi Indimuli, presented the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between Unicaf and KESSHA to the gathering. This partnership is a step towards bridging the gap in the education sector in Kenya and increasing access to quality higher education for all.

Unicaf’s participation as an exhibitor and their opportunity to speak before the Chief Guest greatly contributed to their engagement with the attendees. By recommending Master’s degree programmes for school heads and exploring sponsorship opportunities, the Unicaf team demonstrated their commitment to expanding educational opportunities and fostering meaningful partnerships within the education community.
