Unicaf and Dale Carnegie Sign Partnership MoU

Nairobi, Kenya – 4th February 2025 – Unicaf has officially entered into an MoU partnership with Dale Carnegie, a globally renowned leadership and professional training organisation. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) marks a significant step towards enhancing professional development opportunities for Dale Carnegie employees, graduates, and networks.

The event was attended by key representatives from both institutions, including Winnie Rachael, Kenya Country Manager and Mercy Kimani, CEO of Dale Carnegie Kenya, alongside other senior officials. The partnership solidifies a commitment to capacity building, career advancement and knowledge sharing, reinforcing both organisations’ missions to empower individuals through education and training.

In addition to offering scholarships and training programmes, Unicaf will actively participate in Dale Carnegie’s events, training sessions, and graduation ceremonies. As part of the agreement, Unicaf will have opportunities to showcase its programmes, engage with potential students and promote lifelong learning.

Furthermore, the partnership will see the organisation of a joint webinar, aimed at further educating professionals on career development, leadership and business strategy. Dates for this event will be announced soon.
