Unicaf proudly participated in the Afrinovation Festival 2025, a major event celebrating innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development across Africa. Held at the ASK Dome in Nairobi, Kenya on October 10th, 16th, and 17th, the festival brought together changemakers, educators, and innovators from across the continent.
As part of the event, Unicaf staff joined the Afrinovation Green Run, a community initiative promoting environmental sustainability and wellness. Their active participation demonstrated Unicaf’s strong commitment to social responsibility and environmental awareness, while the team’s branded presence further strengthened visibility and connection with the local community.
During the Afrinovation Festival, Unicaf maintained a vibrant exhibition booth that attracted many visitors eager to learn more about its internationally recognised degree programmes. The platform offered opportunities for meaningful engagement with prospective students, education leaders, and innovators, enhancing Unicaf’s position as a leading advocate for accessible higher education in Africa.
Unicaf’s Country Manager, Kenya, Ms Winnie Rachael, also took the stage as a featured speaker. In her address, she highlighted Unicaf’s pioneering role in expanding access to quality higher education through online learning, underlining the organisation’s contribution to digital transformation across the continent. Her speech received positive feedback and positioned Unicaf as a thought leader in educational innovation.
