The John Odigie-Oyegun Public Service Academy (JOOPSA) was officially inaugurated in Benin City, the vibrant capital of Edo State. The historic event brought together more than 500 esteemed attendees, including government officials, dignitaries, civil servants, and industry experts. Unicaf, as a partner of JOOPSA, was proud to attend the groundbreaking launch.
JOOPSA stands as an innovative institution meticulously designed, interconnected and equipped to foster the highest echelons of human capital development across an extensive range of domains. This programme opens doors to affordable online education opportunities with flexible payment plans and the attainment of internationally recognised degrees. Graduates from the programmes can earn Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degrees from Unicaf’s prestigious partner universities such as the University of East London, Liverpool John Moores University, the University of Suffolk in the UK, the University of California – Riverside Extension in the USA and Unicaf University in Africa.
