Unicaf Showcases Leadership at the Transforming Education Summit in Kenya

Unicaf proudly participated in the Transforming Education Summit, held from 21st to 23rd August at Makini School Runda. The summit convened stakeholders from education, the private sector, and development organisations to deliberate on innovative approaches to redefining education for the 21st century.

Representing Unicaf, the Country Manager, Kenya, Ms Winnie Rachael, was invited as a speaker. In her presentation, she emphasised the need for education systems to evolve in order to meet the changing demands of both learners and the job market. Highlighting the power of technology and online learning, she presented Unicaf’s flexible and affordable online delivery model as a transformative solution bridging gaps in access to higher education across Africa.

“Unicaf’s mission is to empower learners who would otherwise face barriers such as cost, distance, or time constraints,” said Ms Rachael. “Through our model, we are ensuring that professionals across Africa can access quality higher education that fits their lives and ambitions.”

Unicaf’s active participation at the summit fostered engagement and awareness, with students, professionals, and educators visiting the Unicaf booth to learn more about its undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes, particularly the generous scholarship opportunities available.

The Transforming Education Summit highlighted the urgent need to build accessible, future-ready education systems. Unicaf’s contribution at the event reaffirmed its role as a leader in innovative online education and a trusted partner in driving educational advancement in Africa.
