This chapter is informed by findings of a study that explored the lived experiences of learners who survived COVID-19 in secondary schools of Kasama District. The study emanated from the backdrop that while these experiences by COVID-19 survivors in their communities and society at large are well documented, little is known about such experiences involving learners as COVID-19 survivors in school environments which are much more vulnerable and delicate communities. A Systematic Literature Review (SR) was conducted on the subject. Specific search engines were employed with a distinct inclusivity and exclusivity criterion applied. Findings indicate that schools recorded COVID-19 cases among the learners more especially during the time when schools were in session. Literature abounds that confirms that schools had learners who experienced and survived the ills of the COVID-19 who required support system from their teachers, peers, and the school within the school community for the experience that they went through with COVID-19
