The focus of this paper has been to present how transactional and transformational leadership styles affect personnel conduct. UNICAF Egypt students and staff visited an orphanage in Cairo to commemorate Orphans’ Day, on April 5th. The institution selected was the Dar el Orman (Malakt El Orman) Orphanage in Giza, which houses 17 orphan girls with disabilities. The UNICAF team brought sweets and toys to the girls at the Orphanage, and spent two hours talking, laughing and dancing with them.
