Business Development Manager
Summary:
In this essential role, the Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities that align with the organisation’s strategic goals and objectives. This position involves close collaboration with various internal teams and external clients to build mutually beneficial relationships that drive revenue growth and strengthen the organisation’s market position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, relationship management, and an understanding of our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and pursue potential clients and business prospects that align with the company’s mission and growth objectives.
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement partnership strategies and initiatives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure favourable terms for the company.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that the organisation’s goals are met through effective partnership management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Senior International Marketing Manager at Headquarters
