#PayItForward Draw Rules and Terms
Introduction
These Rules & Terms govern the provision of, and all applications and/or registrations and/or entries to the #PayItForward Draw announced by Unicaf Limited and/or any of its subsidiaries (together, the “Unicaf”, “Unicaf University”, “we”, “us” and “our”). Furthermore, Contestant means any person that enters and/or registers in the said draw and as a result, he/she accepts the current rules and terms.
These rules of the competition apply to all prize draws, promotions, giveaways and suchlike that are promoted on and run through the current competition via either our website and/or social media channels and/or other channels used by Unicaf Ltd.
To enter the draw, you must enter and register via the relevant platform, i.e., this platform.
All the contestants are free to enter (no purchase required unless otherwise stated) and are required to enter their first and last names and phone number. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and entry restrictions
To be eligible to enter a competition:
- entrants must be a real person, at least 18 years old and permanently residing in a country which is not under any comprehensive sanctions imposed either by the US, EU, UK and the security council of the United Nations (proof of address or age may be required)
- contestants must not be a Unicaf’s employee, officer or agent, or an employee, officer or agent of any person or organisation involved in the running of the contest, and he/she must not be a family relation of any such person.
The maximum number of entries to the draw per person is 3.
The draw
Each contestant is requested to enter up to 3 people (nominees). The nominees must agree to these terms and conditions and must meet the admission criteria of Unicaf University Mater’s degrees. The winner will be selected randomly after the closing date.
Start and closing dates
The draw is open for entries on September 1, 2022, and remains open until September 31, 2022, unless otherwise stated, or unless the organiser decides to extend the deadline and/or the closing date.
Any entries received before the opening or after the closing of the draw will be invalid and will not be entered into the draw.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us.
Entry into the draw will be deemed as acceptance of all of these terms and conditions.
Winners and prizes
The winners will be announced on the website and social media accounts of Unicaf and Unicaf University. A Unicaf employee will contact the winner. The winners will be entitled to a full scholarship equivalent to studying for a Master’s degree programme provided by Unicaf University. The Terms and Conditions applied by Unicaf University at the said scholarship shall at no point be governed by the draw rules, but the scholarship will be regulated by the relevant terms and conditions in place as they are provided by Unicaf University and by the relevant guidelines and information as it is posted from time to time in the websites of Unicaf University.
Applicants awarded full or partial Unicaf scholarships are required to pay specific fees, which are not included in the scholarship, such as the Application Fee, the Retake Fee (50% of the cost of the module to be retaken), Graduation Fees, Transcript Fees, Graduation Ceremony Fees, Seminar Fees etc. The fees mentioned above are not customarily included in full or partial scholarships awarded.
Sharing the information
The results of the competition will be announced on the website and social media channels of Unicaf and Unicaf University within 30 days following the closing date of the draw. The announcement may include the name and photograph, the town or region of residence and prize details of each prize winner.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
Publicity
Unicaf may undertake publicity activities relating to competitions and prize awards. The winner, therefore, agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of town or region of residence in any post-prize-winning publicity names, surnames, towns or regions of residence and prize details.
All other personal details collected as part of the competition will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
