Dr. Nathan Musonda

Dr. Nathan Musonda is currently working with Unicaf ltd as Head, Department of Business, School of Doctoral Studies (Federal). He previously worked as Pro Vice Chancellor/Dean School of Business and Management at Unicaf University, Zambia. He completed his PhD in Supply Chain Management with the focus in Operations and Procurement Management from University of Lusaka, Zambia. In addition, Nathan holds a BSc in Production & Operations Management, an MPhil in Business Administration, MBA in Supply Chain & Operations Management from the Copperbelt University, Zambia, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management with Cavendish University Zambia, a Post Graduate Diploma in Lecturing/Teaching Methodology from University of Lusaka and a Diploma in Project Management at Professional Level with University of Cambridge International. Nathan has over the years worked at various levels in the private and public sectors as well as international organizations. He worked as a Project Coordinator for the Zambian Mining Environmental Remediation and Improvement Project (ZMERIP) sponsored by the Word Bank. Nathan is a member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia and the Institute of Directors. He served as the Initial President of the Zambia Institute of Production and Operations Management. He currently sits on the special steering committee for the African Corporate Governance Network (ACGN). He has published multiple papers in high-impact journals and has a strong passion for research. His research interests include: Production and Operations Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Sustainable /Green Procurement, Public procurement, Project Management, Product and Business Development and Industrial Engineering.
