April was the month UNICAF officially announced its partnership with USW to provide accredited degrees to students in Nigeria. The announcement was made at an event, hosted in UNICAF’s center in Lagos and was covered in local and international online media.
Our London conference was a huge success. The conference was attended by senior leaders from UK, European and Asian universities, educators and governmental ministers from Africa and experts in higher education administration were among the attendees. UNICAF Also signed a new partnership with MIPT. This is an important agreement as it will provide the opportunity for UNICAF students to earn technology degrees from a well known and respected state university.
2015 has come to its end. It has been a busy year from UNICAF. During this year, UNICAF has established strategical partnerships that help spread access to affordable high quality higher education, on of which was with the University of South Wales. The official launch event for the partnership will take place on January 21st. UNICAF also opened two new learning centres in Malawi and Egypt. Overall 2015 has been quite the year, with UNICAF expanding and reaching out to more people!
UNICAF proudly announces the awarding of a university licence by the Government of Malawi. The UNICAF University will accept its first students in September and will provide state-of-the-art academic facilities in a newly renovated building situated in the centre of Lilongwe. The UNICAF University campus will combine the dynamic blend of technology and innovation to enable professional learning. It will be a magnificent teaching & learning space for our local and international students interested in the UNICAF University undergraduate and postgraduate blended learning degree programmes
