Meet Your Student Advisers: Osho Bamidele Adeyemi
“Student advisers must have a good command of the English language, full understanding of the processes and programmes on offer, be able to empathise with applicants, be able to multitask, create rapport with applicants and follow all procedures as requested.“

Osho Bamidele Adeyemi, Student Adviser at the UNICAF Call Centre in Lagos, Nigeria

A student adviser at UNICAF assists applicant by giving them the basic overview of the intended program, informing them about the necessary documents and payments involved and also by submission of their documents to the appropriate department for further processing.

Student advisers must have a good command of the English language, full understanding of the processes and programmes on offer, be able to empathise with applicants, be able to multitask, create rapport with applicants and follow all procedures as requested.

The most pleasant surprise came to me when an applicant was able to pay all the required sum in an one off payment saving from having to remind them to pay every single instalment. And the biggest challenge is always network issues .
