October 17 saw the start of a series of consultations along the region by CARICOM’s Secretariat, together with the Human Resource Development Commission (HRD). The aim of the consultations, led by CARICOM Secretariat’s Director of Human Development Ms Myrna Bernard, is to finalize a strategy that will shape the future of the region’s education and human resource sectors.
